We are working with a client based near Mansfield in Nottinghamshire who is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client offers the latest state-of-the-art equipment and their purpose-built, modern surgery has been designed to industry-leading standards with state-of-the-art equipment, including in-house a full laboratory suite, digital radiography, high tech ultrasound machine with a cardiac probe, ECG and tonopen. Their highly trained veterinary surgeons and nurses are kept constantly updated on the latest innovations and protocols. They offer a full range of treatments from health checks to emergency operations and they are always committed to providing exceptional veterinary services.
This is a full-time position but our client would consider part-time hours for the right candidate. The standard shift patterns are 8:00-18:00 or 9:00-19:00 with 1 in 4 weekends but this can be flexible. You will be happy to know that there are no out of hours requirements with this role.
They will also consider an applicant looking to further progress their career and challenge themselves as a Head Vet! This leadership role would be dependent upon experience and qualifications as ‘with great power comes great responsibility!’. You should be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with great customer service skills, a friendly down to earth attitude and a genuine interest in animal health. You will be experienced in all routine surgery and be happy within a sole charge role.
