We are working with a well-established Veterinary Practice in Dartford, Kent that is looking for small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated Night Team. This role has an attractive rota of 7 night on / 7 nights off. You will be joining a friendly and experienced team in a well-equipped hospital.
This practice is part of a large community of passionate veterinary professionals that are committed to providing truly exceptional care to their patients and clients. Their mission is to deliver progressive around the clock care with the very best equipment and treatment options available. The successful candidate will be joining a large team of 3 vets, 7 nurses, and 4 CCAs. Their facilities include:
- 24-hour intensive care and emergency care
- In-house Lab
- State of the art operating theatres
- Orthopaedic Theatre
- Separate Cate and Dog Wards

The Role and Candidate:
This is a permanent full-time position for a Night Veterinary Surgeon, where you will be working a night rota of 7 on / 7 off with a shift of 19:00-09:00
The ideal candidate will have a passion for emergency and critical care, who will thrive on working to a gold standard of patient and client care. Our client is looking for a confident vet that is comfortable in a sole charge role, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments. This role offers the potential to study an ECC certificate if desired.
Experience in night shift work would be desirable but not essential.
