Our client is a well established, small animal veterinary practice in Brighton who is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse, with 3-4 years experience.
Established over 50 years ago, our client is a small, friendly and well respected independent practice consisting of three Vets and two Nurses with receptionist support, boasting all new state of the art facilities including digital X-ray and a dental suite. The current team is very hardworking and professional and they pride themselves on the excellent client feedback they receive. The practice is in a beautiful Grade 2 listed building in central Brighton and within easy walking distance of the beach.
This is a full-time role working 5 days per week between the hours of 09.00-18.30 although shifts might be slightly variable. Weekends are on a rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays 08.30-12.00 and there are no out of hours. In return, our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits, depending on experience, including pension, RCVS fees paid and 5 weeks holiday. Certificates are also supported.
You should have at least 3-4 years experience with strong all-round nursing skills. Ideally, you will have good communication skills, be a strong team player and be ambitious.
