We are currently working with a state of the art, expanding practice, that is looking to recruit an ambitious Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dynamic team based in Liverpool on a permanent, part-time basis.
This purpose-built practice with state of the art facilities offers gold-standard care with 6 consult rooms, dedicated cat room, large prep room, 3 operating theatres, separate dental suite, in-house lab room, digital X-ray, separate cat and dog wards and walk in isolation. The practice has strong team values, offers continuous progression for their team and is highly supportive of certificates, diplomas and further CPD, as well as internal promotions.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week with weekends on a rota of 1 in 4 and no out of hours responsibilities. You will be involved in all areas of clinical support and actively encouraged to develop your own skills through team support, CPD and lunch & learn sessions held regularly at the practice. Nurses hold their own consultations and are responsible for admits, post/pre-op checks, various clinics (weight, dental checks, flea & worm etc.), 2nd vaccinations, nail clips, and complimentary health checks.

You will be keen to continually improve your professional knowledge and experience, understanding that educating pet owners about their pets’ welfare is just as important as providing high-quality treatment.
