We are working with 24-hour dedicated small animal Veterinary Centre that is looking for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for a vet that has completed or close to completing a medicine certificate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our clients friendly and loyal team in their 24 Hour Hospital. The practice has a friendly client base who appreciate the personal service they provide. You will have a fantastic team around you for support which includes 1 soft tissue surgeon, 2 orthopaedic surgeons, and imaging vet.
The practice is undergoing refurbishment at present but will be newly refurbished with CT installed by the end of the year.

The practice provides ongoing support to their teams, both in practice and through a dedicated training centre. This empowers you to get the very best from the advanced equipment while being on your journey to veterinary excellence.
This is a full-time permanent position, the full details of working patterns and shifts will be discussed at interview. This role requires a motivated vet to work confidently in a busy environment with the ability to make sound clinical judgment. Strong management and mentor skills are essential as you will play a crucial part within the team.
Main areas of this position are to provide high-quality care for the inpatients whilst maintaining the relationship with referring veterinary surgeons.

This vacancy would suit somebody who has just finished or is working towards a medicine certificate.
You must be an experienced vet with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' post graduate small animal practice experience.
