We are recruiting on behalf of a busy small animal practice that also has three additional clinics in the local area that is looking to recruit a full-time Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis.
This small group of practices is situated close to the Brecon Beacons and set in beautiful countryside with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in the area. Their busy main practice is part of a group with 3 other clinics, in the local area. They offer state-of-the-art equipment such as ultrasound facilities including cardiac probes, endoscopy, orthopaedic equipment and much more. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy practice with a varied caseload including advanced surgery and medicine. You will work alongside a friendly team of five knowledgeable vets and an amazing support team with experienced RVN’s.

In this role, you will be working 45 hours a week A weekend rota of 1 in 3. In return, our client is offering an excellent package including, a salary package up to £60,000, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, highly competent both medically and surgically. A certificate holder in surgery or medicine would be an advantage. Ideally, you will have some experience leading a small team or have a willingness to gain that experience with some close mentoring in leadership and branch management.
