We are working with a lovely practice on the North West Norfolk coast that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them as their Lead Vet. Ideally, you will have experience in leading a small team or have the drive and ambition to develop the practice further.
The practice is situated in the beautiful Seaside Village on the North West Norfolk coast. This well-established branch comes well-equipped with digital x-rays, ultrasound, dental facilities, in-house laboratory and much more! This practice has a team of experienced and compassionate vets, nurses and client care team that provides their clients beloved companions with the highest standard of care. This role is a full-time permanent position working 4-day week plus weekend rota, no on-call or out of hours giving you an excellent work-life balance. Please note for this role you will also be required to work at our nearby Hunstanton branch. In return, our client is offering an excellent package including:
- A salary package up to £65,000 depending on experience.
- Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance
- Accommodation allowance of £6,600
- £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave
- VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years small animal practice experience leading a small team or have a willingness to gain that experience with some close mentoring in leadership and branch management.
