We are currently recruiting on behalf of an independent mixed practice based in Carmarthenshire, South West Wales, the practice are looking for an additional vet to join their team. They will consider a mixed (Farm and Small Animal) or 100% small animal veterinary surgeon.
The practice is a mixed animal practice situated in a historic town in South West Wales. The practice offers treatments for a wide variety of large and small animals. All of its practitioners are fully qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeons with both small animal expertise and livestock specialisation, with over 30 years of experience between them. The practice has a 4 vet, 2 nurse team and their caseload is 60% large animal, 40% small animal with a very small percentage of equine cases (mainly routine vacs, wound repairs, etc.)
The Role and Candidate:
This full-time position is available, with shared OOHs and weekend rota. Our client will consider applications from Small Animal only Vets OR Mixed Vets.
The practice has a highly experienced team and therefore able to support a New grad as well as having a busy caseload to support a more experienced candidate.
