We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a dedicated team in Battersea practice for 6-12 months. Our client is looking for an RVN with a minimum of 12 months post graduate experience.
Our client objective is simply to provide the best care for pets. Their hospital in Battersea is approved and inspected by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and exceeds the exacting standards necessary to qualify as a veterinary hospital. All of their vets are certificate holders who specialise in specific areas and are able to perform more detailed investigations and procedures. They are very proud of their expertise and many practices throughout London.
Their modern Veterinary Hospital includes the following facilities: Sterile Operating Theatres, Modern Anaesthetic Machines, Ultrasound, IV fluid pumps, In-house Laboratory, Digital X-rays - providing same-day results and just as importantly expert interpretation by an experienced veterinary surgeon with a certificate in veterinary radiology.
You will be working with a dedicated team in this independent veterinary practice.
The role will be varied and involve consults and surgery. The shift pattern is varied with shifts ranging from 9 am - 6 pm, 5/per week.
Participation in the weekend rota is required 1 or 2 Saturdays a month working 8.30 -1 pm.
The OOH and nights are covered by a separate dedicated night team.
Our client is looking for a vet with a minimum of 12 months post graduate experience. You will also have excellent communication skills and work well within a team environment.
