We are working with a lovely practice that is based in Cranbrook, Kent that is looking to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to be their Lead Vet to support and drive their practice forward. You will have at least 3-5 post-graduate in practice experience.

The Practice:

The practice offers a range of services, including ECG, Endoscopy, and Ultrasound. They also have access to other services provided by the group, including CT Imaging and MRI.

The Role and Candidate:

Our client is looking for an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join them as their Lead Veterinary Surgeon to support and drive the practice forward. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 post-graduate in practice experience.

You should possess leadership qualities, excellent communication and a passion for patient and client care. Strong management and mentor skills are essential as you will play a crucial part in the team.

This role provides a great work-life balance, as this is a full-time permanent role, covering 40 hours a week over 4 days. The shift pattern includes 1:3 Saturdays and the practice is closed on Sundays.
