We are working with a great independent practice in Maidstone, Kent, who is looking for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client is a friendly, down to earth, independent practice in Maidstone, first established over 30 years ago. They offer high levels of care and expertise with a strong surgical team and good, traditional clinical decision making, backed up by good equipment and facilities including digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, echocardiography, chemotherapy, diagnostic imaging and an-house laboratory.
This is a full-time role working 4.5 days per week with shifts of 09.00-17.00 and 14.00-20.00. There are no out of hours and Saturday mornings are on a rota of 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 09.00-12.00. Typical duties will include operations and consultations with possible sole charge depending on experience. In return, the practice is offering a salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a pension, 28 days holiday and RCVS fees paid.
You will be enthusiastic and hard-working and any level of experience would be considered to join the team. Good conversational skills and strong team skills are essential and the successful candidate will need to hold a driving licence.
