We are working with a Veterinary Hospital in Windsor, Berkshire that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis

The Practice:

Our client is a newly refurbished Tier 3 small animal Hospital in Windsor. They are very lucky to be located in a beautiful area of the country, with a well-motivated clientele and excellent transport links. They have an excellent team of experienced veterinary surgeons and registered veterinary nurses who are dedicated to providing gold standard veterinary care throughout. This is a very well equipped hospital, with a full in house diagnostic laboratory, brand new digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, ECG, capnography, rigid and flexible endoscopes enabling laparoscopic surgery, a bronchoscope, a wide range of orthopaedic kit and much more besides. They are proud to offer a 24hr emergency service to their clients to enable them to provide a high standard of consistent care.

The Role and Candidate:

The role is a full-time role working 4 weekdays per week. In addition to the weekdays, you will be required to take part in a 1:6 weekend and Saturday morning rota and a maximum of 1:12 nights on call. They offer lots of opportunities for professional and personal career development in addition to an excellent salary and many other benefits. They are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon who has a surgical bias and would like to work towards or has a small animal surgery certificate. Candidates must enjoy working with their teams to provide the highest standards of veterinary and client care. Candidates must have excellent communication skills/ organised and motivated.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of between £50,000-£60,000 p/a (DOE) and benefits package.
