Our client is looking for a new colleague to join their 13 sites, 25 full-time vets equivalent group. They are looking for a friendly and committed vet to join their fantastic 12 vet team in West Sussex. This is a full-time permanent role that would suit a vet that was a real team player and has high clinical standards.
They are a progressive and clinically focussed team, extensively equipped including ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopy, etc, nurse training centres and multiple certificate holders.
Delivering a first-class service is our clients' priority and they take great pride in the investment in facilities that they have at their clinics but appreciate that the most important thing they offer is the quality of the staff. Their vets, nurses, and receptionists are here to care for both clients and their pets by offering the best possible service.
The position will be based at the Bognor Regis site, working as part of our 12 vet team within the West Sussex team. This is a full-time role where you will be working a 4 day week plus weekends and OOH thus providing clients with 24-hour patient care. You will have high clinical standards and there will be support provided to help develop individual interests. Primarily based at the Bognor surgery, you would spend a set amount of time at one of the smaller branch surgeries where you can develop and grow your own client base. Further career development possible for the right candidate.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with some post-graduate in practice experience, although being a team player and striving for clinical excellence is a must. The role would suit an applicant with general interests, however, it could be tailored to someone with more specific clinical aspirations. This is a general role within the clinic incorporating consulting, surgery and some branch work. However, they are always keen to help develop an individual's own career goals and so specific areas of interest could be a strong selling point to the team which already has a diverse mix of abilities and clinical preferences. Strong work ethic and teamwork are key to this role.
