We are working with a client with a practice based in the Pontefract area that is looking to recruit a full-time Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a permanent basis. You will be an experienced and driven vet with the ability to lead a team.
Our client is a rapidly growing, small animal veterinary practice based in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. They are a dedicated practice that is committed to not only investing in state of the art equipment to give patients access to the best possible facilities, but they are also dedicated to being able to offer the best possible care for all pets through their dedicated and experienced vets and nurses.
The practice comprises 3 consult rooms, 1 surgical theatre, digital X-ray, ultrasound and in house lab equipment with up to date analysers and external lab support and services

This is a full-time permanent position where you will be working 39 hours per week over 4 days. The exact working pattern, including any weekend requirements, will be discussed at the interview. There is a local practice that covers the out of hours for this practice.

Our client is looking for a driven Lead Veterinary Surgeon that will drive high clinical standards. You must be an experienced vet with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.
