We are currently working with one of the fastest growing leading practices in East Yorkshire. They are looking to recruit an experienced and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly experienced team. 

The Practice:

Our client is a well-established animal veterinary practice, consisting of Tier 3 hospital and 5 branch surgeries based in East Yorkshire has been providing excellent veterinary care for pets and their owners in the local area. Their well qualified and experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses are passionate about the care that they provide. The hospital has modern facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, MRI, CT scanner and multi-parameter monitor. They offer a high standard of in-patient care providing 24-hour nursing cover with our dedicated night nursing team. The practice continues to invest in their staff, equipment and facilities to ensure that the care they provide is second to none.

The Role:

Our client is looking for a friendly registered veterinary nurse to work on a permanent full-time basis. Part-time applicants will be considered for this role too. Full time hours of 40 hours per week from Wednesday - Saturday. Part-time applicants will be required to work Saturday as one of their working days. Mainly working at their branch surgeries the RVN will support the vet and receptionist, carry out nursing clinics and work in theatre as part of an interesting and varied week. An interest in running nurse clinics is desirable and training can be provided. The role includes 1 on-call duty per week which gives their RVN's the opportunity to gain experience of Emergency and critical care cases.

The Candidate:

Our client is looking someone with great communication skills and who happy to support all levels of experience and is keen to accept training in any aspect of Veterinary Nursing. They are looking for an enthusiastic, supportive team player and with a client focused approach. Part time applications are welcomed, working a Saturday is an essential part of this role.
