We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy Gold Standard Hospital near Egham, Surrey for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position and part-time applicants will be considered too.
This is a fully accredited tier 3 Veterinary hospital, which has been established for over 25 years. It was actually one of the first practices in the UK to be given the tier 3 accreditation by the RCVS. They are a nurse training practice, also. The practice offers a full and comprehensive list of services to ensure the best quality of care is given to pets, these include acupuncture, dentistry, preventative care, health checks, neutering, micro-chipping, puppy parties, parasite treatment along with surgery for both complex and routine cases.
This is a full-time or part-time role and benefits listed below:
- Shifts 7:30-16:00, 8:30-17:30, 10:00-18:30
- 1 in 6 weekends and 1 in 6 Saturdays
- Provide their own OOH and time of in lieu is given the following weekends so you have Friday Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday off following your weekend.
- Lunch is provided for you on Saturdays and paid hour lunch breaks during the week.

Our client is looking for a confident Registered Veterinary Nurse who is keen to learn. A suitable candidate will join their team of 6 vets, 7 RVNs 2 SVNs and a team that includes 5 receptionists, a client care manager, insurance manager, practice director and cleaners. They want the nurses to nurse, there is no reception to cover or waiting room to clean. All RVNS are encouraged to become clinical coaches and grow their knowledge and expertise in areas that interest them.
