We are working with a client with a practice based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire that is looking to recruit a full-time small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career and join a supportive and growing practice.
Our client is a rapidly growing, small animal veterinary practice based in the Rotherham area. They are a dedicated practice that is committed to not only investing in state of the art equipment to give patients access to the best possible facilities, but they are also dedicated to being able to offer the best possible care for all pets through their dedicated and experienced vets and nurses. You will be joining a busy team of 10 vets, a large nursing team and an experienced support team.
The Role and Candidate:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our clients' Wath practice. The ideal candidate will share our clients' passion for delivering outstanding client and patient care and will enjoy working in a supportive and friendly environment. They would consider an SVN in their 3rd year for this role.
You will require a friendly and positive attitude and a desire to progress and expand your knowledge and skills further. Strong mentorship and support will be available to help you develop your career and get the most satisfaction from your job.
The role includes general first opinion nursing duties including theatre and nurse clinics. Ideally, you will have clinical coach experience or willing to train and become a clinical coach to support future SVN development in practice.
This role is full time working 40 hours per week with a 1:4 full weekend at a nearby 24-hour hospital.
The Remuneration Package:
In return, our client is offering an excellent package that includes:
- Salary up to £22,370 dependent on experience
- RCVS fees paid
- CPD allowance plus 2 days CPD leave
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
