We are working with an established small animal practice in Sheringham. Norfolk is looking for a permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team as their Clinical Director. Our client has two, modern and well-equipped sites including 1 main practice & 1 branch practice. Both sites are light, spacious and include equipment such as; Digital X-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound and more. They have a fantastic team consists of experienced Vet Surgeons, enthusiastic New Graduate Vets, wonderful VNs, knowledgeable physiotherapists, and a fantastic support team. They are also proud to be a VN training practice. They have a close-knit team that all beliefs in supporting each other, with a wonderful working atmosphere they are all like-minded and motivated to offer the highest standards of care!
The practice offers predominantly first opinion care alongside a well-established physiotherapy service.
The Role and Candidate:
As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the management of the clinic & team, you will be responsible for any clinical issues on a day to day basis, helping train new graduates and offering clinical support whenever needed. You will have a real input into the practices running and future plans!

Your daily duties will include a mixture of consultations and surgeries, including some ECC & some routine.
This role is flexible with Full or Part-time applications considered. The full-time role would include working 4 or 4.5 days per week (40 hours per week. The weekend on-call rota is just 1 in 6 and you will get a long weekend off after your weekend on-call

The Remuneration Package:
In return, our client is offering a comprehensive package that includes:
- Generous salary of up to £65,000 p/a (pro-rata for PT)
- +£5,000 Golden hello!
- Potential of annual bonuses up to £10,000
- CPD package
- Strongly encourage study for additional qualifications.
- RCVS and VDS fees are also paid.
