We are working with a busy, friendly, exclusively small animal practice near Fareham, Hampshire that is looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full or part-time permanent basis. You will be joining our client as their Clinical Director and you have the desire to lead and empower our clients' enthusiastic, experienced and devoted team.
The practice is well-equipped with a fantastic client base and supportive nursing unit. The ideal person would be looking to maintain the excellent standards already afforded to clients, whilst also looking to grow and improve the clinic.
They are a busy, friendly, exclusively small animal practice where the client and patient care are top priorities. The client base is exceptionally loyal and friendly. Teamwork is second nature within this dutiful, supportive environment and the devoted and experienced nurse and support teams are there to provide first-class assistance to the Veterinary team. The practice equipment includes digital x-ray including dental, ultrasound, in-house Lab with Idexx biochemistry and haematology analysers, flat-screen microscope, K-laser, bronchoscope, isolation ward plus a separate dog and cat wards.
They are located on the South Coast with easy access to fantastic coastal walks and marinas but also the tranquillity of the New Forest and just a short ferry ride from the idyllic Isle of Wight.
The Role and Candidate:
Our client is currently looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon that is eager to progress into a Clinical Director to join and lead their dedicated and loyal team. It is essential that you are a confident clinician that is able to continue to promote our clients' high standards whilst looking to grow and improve the practice.
This is a permanent role where both full and part-time applications would be considered. Management experience is not essential as they can provide support and training but the desire to lead and empower the enthusiastic, experienced and devoted team is a priority. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Vet looking to move into a management role.
