We are working with a well-established practice in Maidstone, Kent that is looking for a small animal Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis. You will be a confident sole charge vet that ideally has at least 5 years' experience (post-graduate, in practice experience).
This practice offers a range of services, including neutering, vaccinations and microchipping. It is also supported by other practices in the group which offers access to a wider range of services such as MRI, CT Imaging and Endoscopy.

The ideal candidate will be confident sole charge, with ideally 5 years' experience (in practice experience).
This candidate should be a motivated individual who possesses leadership qualities, excellent communication and a passion for patient and client care. Strong management and mentor skills are essential as you will play a crucial part in the team.
In this role, you will be vital in maintaining the high standards that this practice boasts and you will be joining a supportive and well-experienced team.
This is a full-time role, where you will be working 39 hours a week over a 4-day shift pattern, offering an attractive work-life balance.
The Remuneration Package
Our client is offering a very competitive package that is worth up to £77,100 p/a (depending on experience), which includes accommodation allowance and a vehicle or vehicle allowance
