We are working with a well established, first opinion practice with a fantastic, local reputation that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon or Clinical Director to join their lovely village practice. This lovely practice is close to King's Lynn giving you a wonderful village location which also close to a busy town.
You will be joining a fantastic team of 9 very supportive Nurses, a brilliant client care team including Practice Manager and 6 dedicated Vets! They have a busy site with varied caseloads but their teams are fantastic and all support each other. Their Vets all work closely together, sharing clinical knowledge and often discussing cases. The Nurses can offer you all sorts of support and expertise and their warm, efficient reception team are brilliant at preparing the day and are loved by the fantastic, loyal clients.
The Role and Candidate:
This is an ideal role for a dedicated enthusiastic veterinary surgeon who would like to develop their career and have a real input into the running of a practice, whilst living and working in a beautiful setting.
As Clinical Director you will have the potential and opportunity to be involved in the development & the future plans of the practice. You will be responsible for the management of the clinic & team alongside the Practice Manager and will also be the point of contact for any clinical issues on a day to day basis, helping train staff members and offering clinical support whenever needed.
Clinical Director Experience is not needed and they would welcome applications from experienced or senior vets.
This is a full-time role, although part-time applications will be considered, working 4 days per week. There are no out of hour required for this role and the weekends are just 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will get a long weekend following Saturday worked! (Friday off)
