Role: Head Veterinary Nurse - Fixed Term Contract

Type: Small Animal

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

Start: April 2020

Finish: January 2021

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 or 10:30-19:30

Weekends: Yes - 1 in 6 full weekends or 1 in 3 Saturdays only

Out of hours: None


The role will involve all aspects of nursing as well as the day-to-day running of the practice. This position provides you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and use your initiative to promote new ideas. As a Head Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for a variety of nursing duties as well as sharing best practices with your team and helping to support and develop the student nurses in your practice.

Pay Rate: Our client is offering a competitive salary, generous CPD allowance and in-house CPD available, ongoing training is provided as relevant to your role, RCVS and BVNA fees paid, 25 days annual leave and exclusive company discounts.
