We are currently recruiting on behalf of a small animal veterinary practice based in Witney, Oxfordshire. Our client is currently looking for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their very friendly team in West Oxfordshire.

The Role and :
Our client has a great opportunity for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse permanent full-time position. Part-time applicants will be considered too. They are looking for a suitable candidate to work a 40 hours week with shifts that are either 8:00-16:00 or 12:00-20:00. 1 in 6 weekends with time in lieu is given and there are no OOH.
Qualified nurses also consult in nurse clinics and perform schedule 3 tasks. The Head Nurse will be responsible for preparing the nurse rota and leading the nursing team.

Our client requires a qualified Head Registered Veterinary Nurse with experience of leading and managing a team. They are looking for an enthusiastic person who works to a high standard within a supportive and close-knit practice. CPD is actively encouraged, and learning outcomes are disseminated at regular practice meetings in order for our client to continue to develop and improve.
