We are working with a well respected and highly recommended practice in Driffield, East Yorkshire, who are hoping to recruit a permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. This role would suit a recently qualified practitioner with a broad range of interests, that is looking to continue their veterinary journey and hopefully set down roots. You'll have full clinical freedom and support to continue to build on a well-established practice base and to be part of a close clinical team.
Our clients' practice was established in 2013 but in a relatively short time has become a very well respected and most recommended practice in the town largely due to our people-orientated approach. They are proud to show new clients around and everybody is impressed by the standards of the premises and the cleanliness and space. Their facilities include:
- Two consulting rooms with height-adjustable tables (with a third planned)
- Two waiting areas
- Separate dog and cat inpatient wards
- Isolation ward
- Imaging room with digital X-ray and ultrasound scanner
- In-house IDEXX haematology and biochemistry analysers
- Dedicated operating theatre
- Large preparation area
- Dental station with nitrogen powered air tools and ultrasonic scaler
As a VN training practice, they are proud of their first trainee who qualified in 2017, with a second due to qualify this year and a third looking to start training in Autumn. Together they form the backbone of a well-run and organised practice.
