We are working with a lovely small animal practice in Bournemouth which is looking for a committed and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them on a full or part-time permanent basis.

They are now one of the very few remaining self-run, independent family-owned veterinary practices in Dorset allowing them to provide a personal, caring, and professional service for all clients. This allows for good relationships with clients and greater continuity of care both within and outside normal working hours. Having a trusted relationship with a veterinary surgeon can positively impact the health of a pet leading to better communication and shared decision-making.

The Role and Candidate:

Your full range of nursing skills will be utilised, especially in the areas of client and patient care. The practice is looking for a new permanent RVN to join their team on a full or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a committed and motivated nurse with a passion for providing excellent care to patients. You will have solid general nursing experience (6 months post-graduate experience) and enjoy working as part of a team with a genuine passion for animal welfare. You will consistently deliver a high standard of clinical care and an interest in becoming a clinical coach would be advantageous. Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills are important in this role.
