Se4rch and Recruit4vets have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced DVM small animal vet to join an primary care veterinary hospitals in Kuwait, Kuwait.

The Practice:

The Veterinary Hospital has among other surgical equipment, laparoscopic and endoscopic equipment. The facility includes a Blood Laboratory, an X-ray room, a surgical room, a sterilizing room, and four consultation rooms. Our clients aim is to provide the utmost quality of animal well-fare, in parallel to the growing animal companionship demands in the region.  

The Role:

Our client is a start-up clinic which will be composed of a lead vet to begin with, nurses, and administrative managers, who will provide the utmost quality of care for companion animals. We require a full-time veterinary surgeon who can carry out consultations as well as handing all the surgery, offering services on an eight hour work period, with the possibility for the practice to open 24/7 shifts in the future. The role involves medical consultations and surgeries and administrative management of certain hospital duties. The Clinic offers an excellent salary starting from 14,400 Kuwaiti Dinars (approx. £36,000) per annum depending on experience with a 5% commission on every 5,000 Kuwaiti Dinars paid on a monthly basis. (100% Tax Free).

The Candidate:

We are able to consider candidates with a DVM degree who have graduated from a variety of different Countries and you DO NOT have to be registered with the RCVS or AVMA. We require a small animal Veterinary Surgeon who is a strong communicator, self-motivated, flexible, dependable, as well as speaks and writes in the English language. We cannot consider new graduates as this is a lead vet role. You will also need to be able to tackle most of the cases coming through the doors, so we need experienced Vet's with a good technical and theoretical knowledge base for both medicine and surgery.


Role: Small Animal Veterinarian

Type: Small animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and birds).

Start: To be Confirmed. (6 months from 09/2020)

Hours: 8 Hours days - 4-5 days per week.

Weekends: To be confirmed

Out of hours: To be confirmed

Salary: Salary starting From 14,400 Kuwaiti Dinars (approx. £36,000) per anum depending on experience with a 5% commission on every 5,000 Kuwaiti Dinars (approx, 16,340$) on a monthly basis.
