We are working with an established small animal practice in Airdrie, Scotland, that is looking to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse in a full or part-time capacity.
The surgery is purpose built with up-to-date equipment. They have in-house biochemistry, electrolyte & haematology, digital X-ray, multi-parameter anaesthetic monitoring including bp, ultrasound, dental machine, rabbit dental equipment, individual kennels, cat ward and isolation units.
The Role and Candidate:
This is a permanent role working either full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20-25 hours per week) including 1 in 4 Saturdays. There are no out of hours requirements and any overtime will be paid. This role will involve consultations, delivering high quality patient care, laboratory work, radiography, tidying/cleaning, covering the reception when required, assisting the Veterinary Surgeon in theatre and administering anesthesia.
