Our client requires a clinical director for their practice in Southampton and they offering a starting salary of £65,000 plus £5,000 if you have a certificate, plus annual profit share for exceeding target. 

The Practice:
Our client is a high-quality veterinary healthcare provider, offering a full range of affordable small animal veterinary services to clients, operating a no appointment, walk-in clinic system. They offer a range of clinical services from preventative healthcare through to complex medical, surgical and orthopaedic procedures. They have superb, spacious, purpose-built surroundings with two operating theatres, six consulting rooms, digital x-ray and an up-to-date Idexx in-house laboratory.

The Role:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic small animal vet to join them as their Clinical Director. They are looking for someone who is passionate about the provision of high quality service to patients and clients. Your key responsibilities will include the running of the practice.

The role is full time and you will be working shifts within the hours of 8am-8pm. As well as being part of the weekend rota.

They are looking for someone with a commercial bias, who autonomy to run their own business without having to input from your own funds. This practice see a very varied and interesting caseload and their team is currently has 7 vets rising to 8 this year (most likely).

In return, our client offers a comprehensive package of:

•             £65,000 + £5,000 for certificate holder                    
•             RCVS registration fees
•             CPD 
•             VDS cover

To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
