Practice:
The practice operates from a single, purpose-built site and is fully equipped for both small animal and equine work. The team consists of friendly and experienced vets, alongside highly skilled and capable RVNs who ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent patient care. A positive and supportive working environment is a key focus.
The Role:
- The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a supportive team, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality clinical care.
- While experience is preferred, an exceptional new or recent graduate will also be considered.

- This will be a full-time position, with the rota being discussed in the interview
- 1:5 OOH rota, with a day off after a weekday on-call and a long weekend following a weekend on-call
- Work-life balance focus: Time back for any rare overtime, three days per week with a 5 PM finish
Daily Routine:
- Well-structured diary that includes:
- 15-minute appointments as standard
- Double appointments for complex cases
- Reserved same-day emergency slots
- 30 minutes of catch-up time before finishing for the day
