A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon with a keen interest or certification in Small Animal Surgery to join a well-established veterinary practice in Doncaster. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care and outstanding customer service.

Role Overview:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventive care, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, and performing surgical procedures.
  • This position is well-suited to a Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years of general practice experience who either holds or is working towards a surgical certificate.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach are essential, ensuring effective collaboration with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
  • With a strong commitment to team growth and development, this is the perfect opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking to enhance their surgical expertise while working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Hours: Full-time working 40 hours per week

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of GP experience, with a strong interest in small animal surgery.
  • Certificate in surgery (or a desire to work towards one).
  • A passion for delivering high-quality veterinary care and promoting pet wellbeing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
