We are working with a client that is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Head Veterinary Nurse to help lead their team. The practice is based west of Northampton in Northamptonshire.
The Practice:
Our client’s clinic has a very long-standing and friendly client base who appreciate the personal service they provide. You’ll be supported by a fabulous nursing team that enjoys lots of laughs and are dedicated to their clients and patients.
The clinic is equipped with three consult rooms, a theatre, separate dog and cat wards, and a spacious prep room and theatre. You will also have access to our clients' 24-hour centres where colleagues can help you with MRI, CT and advanced ultrasound scans, spinal surgery, hip replacements, and much more.
The Role:
This role is full time, 40 hours a week working a mix of early and late shifts - 8.30 am - 5.30 pm or 10.30 am - 7.30 pm. The position will include weekends on a rota basis and you will receive time back in lieu.
You will be joining a dedicated team of 3 vets, 1 HVN, 2 RVN’s and 1 SVN.
The Candidate:
Ideally, you will have experience in leading a team and work to high nursing standards. You will also have a passion for client and patient care with vision and enthusiasm to assist the lead vet in developing the branch.
