We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established group of practices based in East Sussex, that are looking to recruit a Nursing Manager/ Head Nurse.

The Practice:
This busy practice based at Seaside in Eastbourne is the hub of the group of 3 surgeries and open 7 days per week. They have two consulting rooms, a fully equipped operating theatre and x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy facilities. They also have a large waiting area with a well-stocked shop selling a variety of foods, toys, accessories and supplements for your pets. You will be working with 5 qualified and 4 trainee nurses within the group.

The Role:

(If you have less experience and would be interested in an RVN rather than Head Nurse position at this lovely practice, this may be considered for the right candidate. RVN hours involve either 8.30am-5.30pm, or 10.30am-7.30pm shifts and 1:8 weekends Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm).

The Candidate:
You will be a hard-working RVN, a team player and keen to help drive the practice forward. You will have good experience in practice and excellent clinical and communication skills. You will be rewarded with a superb salary dependent on your experience.

Type: Permanent Head Nurse
Hours: Full time, 40 hour week (shift pattern open to discussion).
