We are currently recruiting on behalf of a mixed practice in Fife, that are currently recruiting for a large animal (70% equine, 30% farm) Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This is a full-time role that would suit a veterinary surgeon with experience.
The Practice:
The practice has been caring for all species of animals since the 90s. They aim to provide value for money, with competitive pricing structures which reflect the quality of the professional service they provide.
The practice is looking to expand the equine department, so the role will be approximately 70% equine and 30% farm animal, although, for the right person, the practice is happy to consider all mixes.
You would be working alongside a team of 3 Vets in the large animal department.
The Role:
This is a full-time position, working either 4 x 10 hour days or 5 x 8 hour days to suit.
The on-call rota consists of 1 night per week, and 1:4 weekends.
The Candidate:
To qualify for this position, you must have some experience, as unfortunately, the practice is unable to support new graduates.
In return, they are offering a salary circa £40,000 + 29 days holiday including Bank holidays + £1,200 CPD + vehicle + temporary accommodation if relocating
