We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a small animal lead veterinary surgeon on a full-time basis to start in a friendly and professional corporate practice in the Sheffield area of South Yorkshire.

The Practice:
Our client offers the latest state-of-the-art equipment, to ensure prompt diagnoses and the most effective treatments. Their purpose built, modern surgery has been designed to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including in-house operating theatre and laboratory, digital x-ray, specialist dental equipment and much more. Their highly trained veterinary surgeons and nurses are kept constantly updated on the latest innovations and protocols. They offer a full range of treatments from health checks to emergency operations and they are always committed to providing exceptional veterinary services.

The Role:

Our client is looking to recruit a full-time veterinary surgeon ideally with 2 years post-graduation experience.

You will be working on average 40 hours a week with no OOH.

The weekend rota is one in three.

Applicants must have good general surgical and medical skills, and be confident in a sole charge capacity.

Our client is offering a highly competitive starting salary of £45,000-£50,000 for the right candidate. They are also offering a relocation package for individuals looking to move to the area.
