We are working with a practice that is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy, well-established small animal practice located in the heart of the Lincolnshire Fens. 

The Practice:
Our clients' practice is located in a spacious old building which has plenty of character and is well equipped, including digital X-ray and ultrasound facilities. They encourage and provide time for a thorough diagnostic approach to cases. You would be working alongside a team of knowledgeable vets and a large team of enthusiastic, experienced nurses and reception staff.

The Role:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours and will include being part of the out of hours shared rota which is 1:7.

The Candidate:
Applicants must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically, and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.  Our client provides strong mentorship and support to help you develop your career and get the most satisfaction from your job. In return our client is offering a package worth £65,000 including:
