Our client is looking to recruit a Lead Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis to start at their practice in the Chichester area of West Sussex.

The Practice
Our clients' group of practices which includes nurse training sites with comprehensive diagnostic and surgical facilities. Their practices also include a registered veterinary hospital which is staffed 24 hours a day. Their other sites are smaller clinics offering an appointment system, these clinics refer casework to the larger clinics if required.

Their clinics feature a wide range of diagnostic and surgical facilities, including State of the art digital x-ray services, gold standard radiography with the ability to email plates for quick diagnosis and referral. In-house blood tests: Biochemistry and haematology for rapid results. Endoscopy, blood pressure monitoring, extensive hospitalisation facilities and sterile operating theatres.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy practice with a really great team of 2.5 Vets and support nurses.

This is a full-time position working 4.5 days per week, with a weekend rota that includes -
3:8 Saturday morning and 1:8 Saturday all day.

The out of hours rota includes -
1:8 week of nights - starting Saturday pm until the following Saturday am (with Mon-Fri daytime off)

To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
