Role: Locum Veterinary Surgeon

Start date: Monday 16th October
Finish date: Friday 3rd November
Hours: Monday- Friday 4 day week or 5 day week (8:30-18:00 or shift 10:30-20:00 at Blackwood)
Out of hours: No
Weekend: 1:4 Saturdays 09:00-17:00 (can do more)
Sole Charge: Yes at this branch, however, some of the other branches are not 
Consult times: 10 min 
Branch work: Preferable (can consider options)
Computer: Voyager
Accommodation: Yes above one of the surgery
Vehicle: Required if doing branch work, practice can provide but would prefer not to
