We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly, independent practice based in Bradford that requires a new graduate vet to join their experienced team of medicine and surgery certificate holders.

• 4 days per week - no OOHs!
• Lots of support available including 3 Certificate holders 
• Interesting caseload including orthopaedic

Role:
This is a full-time position working 4 days per week, 9am-7pm. There is only 1 in 4 Saturdays required 9 am-3:30 pm. No OOHs and no Sundays.
This position will start with full mentorship, shadowing one of the experienced Vets in the team. This will last for approximately 2 weeks prior to consulting alone with support available at all times.

In return the practice can offer a generous salary and package with generous CPD allowance, VDS and RCVS paid for, car available for branch work and business mileage paid for transporting animals.
Unfortunately there is no accommodation available with this role, however, if you are relocating to the area, the practice is happy to assist where possible to help find suitable housing etc.

Practice:
The practice is a friendly small animal practice which is well-established within the local area to offer high standards of care with lots of training and equipment. All the clinical team is fully encouraged to develop in any areas of special interest and the team currently consists of 3 certificate holders in Surgery and medicine. The practice can offer a range of facilities from consultations, nurse consultations, home visits, well equipped operating theatre for complex soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, anaesthetics, prep room, digital x-ray, in-house lab, kennels and much more.  The partners have a large interest in orthopaedics and lots of complex surgery takes place at the practice such as TPLO, cruciate ligament rupture, fracture repairs etc.

To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
