Permanent Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse - Student and PCA- Cambridgeshire

We are currently working with a well-established and respected veterinary practice with surgeries based across Cambridgeshire. Our client is looking for a Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse for the Students and PCAs in the practice to work days and to report into the Clinical Nursing Manager. 

The Practice: 

Our client now has over 130 staff consisting of managers, vets, nurses, receptionists, admin, accounts, and cleaners. One of many exceptional things about this group is the length of service of many employees. Most of the Veterinary Staff have come straight from graduation and have stayed their entire working career. This is true also of the administration staff, many of whom have been employed for more than 10 years, some more than 20. The Role and Candidate:

The Team Lead will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the profitability and further growth of the practice. Working enthusiastically with a team of between 6 - 8 nurses the successful candidate will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment whilst providing outstanding patient and client care. The position would suit a forward thinking RVN with at least 4 years in practice, with a minimum of 2 years post RVN registration & have experience of mentoring and leading a team. 

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and ability:
