Job Title: Permanent Clinical Director

Team and Facilities: Three practices with a total of 11 Vets and 14 Nurses and a very proactive and friendly support team and 2 very experienced practice managers

Hours: Full-time Vets work a 4-day week, covering 36 hours. Current Clinical Directors get 1 day a week of admin time but this is flexible if you feel you need more or less

Weekend/OOHs: Vets participate in a 1 in 10-12 out-of-hours rota covering out-of-hours until 10 pm weekdays, and 5 pm weekends with a Friday off the week after a weekend on-call

Salary: Starting from £50,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience plus you will be reimbursed with extra pay for out-of-hours work and second on-call weekend duties

Holiday: 6.6 weeks paid holiday including Bank Holidays

CPD: Yes, £1750 allowance per annum plus 4 days, although will consider over this level

Healthcare: Yes

Other: RCVS and VDS fees paid, cycle-to-work scheme, discounted veterinary fees, enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave and surrogacy pay
