Permanent Clinical Nursing Manager - Sutton area of Surrey

Our client has a great opportunity for experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them as their Clinical Nursing Manager. You will be joining a large team of 15 nurses, that includes 3 students in an established practice in the Sutton area of Surrey.

Their facilities include state-of-the-art equipment throughout including capnography, multi-parameter GA monitoring, bear-huggers, piped oxygen, digital x-ray (including dental), ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring, ECG.

The Role and Candidate:

This is a full-time permanent role where you will be working 40 hours per week with varying shifts - up to 2 lates a week. Four clinical days and one administration day per week. No OOH - Vets Now on-site for all OOH work and inpatient care. The weekends are on a rota of 1 in 15 Full weekends and 1 in 15 Saturdays - time off in lieu in the following week.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their passion for clinical nursing, their people management skills, and a desire to get the very best out of themselves and their colleagues.
