We are currently recruiting on behalf of an Equine Practice that is looking for two qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse’s to join their professional and dedicated team of qualified nurses based in a beautiful market town in West Suffolk.
Our client was established in the 50's and is the largest equine practice in Europe, providing world-class facilities, technology and employing 45 veterinary surgeons and their nursing team includes two-night nurses, a team of three “seasonal” foal nurses (from February – June) who deal with the increased demands of neonatal intensive foal care and two nurses who work in their imaging department.
The position will involve all aspects of nursing care of inpatients across a wide range of disciplines including theatre, standing surgery, intensive care and routine inpatient care.
This is a full-time position, with 7.5 hour shifts between the hours of 06:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday with a one-hour (unpaid) break. On-call duties are shared with the rest of the nursing team. This is approximately on a 1:4 basis (weekday nights and weekends)

In return, the practice is offering a competitive salary of £23,000 - £31,000 dependent on experience, plus overtime. BEVA membership will be paid and you will receive three days funded CPD per annum.
