Permanent Experienced Veterinary Surgeon - Leicester

We are working with a small animal practice in central Leicester that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Practice:

With an expanding caseload, our client has a variety of cases and holds regular clinical meetings - with Evidence-based Veterinary Medicine as one of their core values. They are currently working towards Practice Standards Scheme accreditation and hold ISFM Silver Cat-Friendly Clinic Status and Platinum Compassion Understood accreditation. They have a full Orthopaedic kit, Ultrasound, Radiography, and IDEXX lab equipment, separate dog and cat wards, and a separate theatre. They also have a good supportive relationship with the surrounding practices and a strong support team, with 2 RVNS and 2 SVNS and a Client Care Advisor Team.

The Role and Candidate:

Our client is ideally looking for a full-time vet (this is negotiable for the right person) with weekends on a rota and a day off in lieu but no out of hours and no sole charge until confident & competent enough.

The Package:

Our client is offering between £40k - £60k dependant on experience and further certifications and CPD is actively encouraged and supported. You will also have your birthday off as an extra to annual leave.
