We are currently recruiting for a lovely small animal practice based in the Ashton area of Greater Manchester, who are looking for a confident and enthusiastic small animal vet to work on a full or part-time basis. Rota structure means you will get 4 days off after working a weekend too!
The Practice:
Their bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards, has state of the are equipment and is situated in a busy residential area with a good variety of cases and flow of potential clients. They are a progressive practice and have ambitions to provide world-class clinical care at the very heart of their community so they need great people to join their team to help them realise their vision. This practice is based just 7 miles from Manchester City Centre and encourages clinical freedom for their employees.
The Role:
This is a full-time position, ideally, working 40 hours per week. The practice could consider someone looking to work fewer hours and would be happy to discuss this at the interview stage. This is a key role within the practice so they are looking for a great team player. There is no OOH with this position and very minimal sole charge responsibilities. There is a weekend rota working 1:3 but the practice offers time off in lieu resulting in 4 days off after working a weekend. The salary on offer is competitive and up to £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience. CPD is offered at a negotiable level, along with other company-wide benefits which will be discussed at interview.
The Candidate:
The client is looking for someone who is a great team player and has a strong customer focus. Ideally, you will be confident with routine surgeries and consults. They are very supportive and encourage clinical freedom along with welcoming any ideas the successful candidate will have.
