We are working with a lovely friendly practice near Leicester that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them as their Lead Veterinary Surgeon. This is a full-time permanent role that would be suitable for a vet with at least 3-5 years in practice experience that has the drive and ambition to drive this practice further.

The Role:
This is a full-time permanent role, which will include 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00-19:00. You will also be required to be part of the Bank Holiday and on-call rota.
This role requires a motivated vet to work confidently in a sole charge environment with the ability to make sound clinical judgments. Strong management and mentor skills are essential as you will play a crucial part within the team.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience in a small animal practice. This role requires a motivated vet to work confidently with the ability to make sound clinical judgments. Strong management and mentor skills are essential as you will play a crucial part in the team.
