Facilities and Team: They have a great team of nurses, animal care assistants, and receptionists.
They have experienced vets studying towards certificates (imaging, medicine, surgery), as well as visiting orthopaedic and soft tissue specialists on a regular basis – plenty of scope for support/shadowing.
Their customer care team are all working towards their BVRA awards and they are also introducing a separate call handling team, so the front-of-house team can concentrate on giving the best customer care.
Role: As you will be part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will be able to embrace a blended learning approach of training days, in-house mentoring, CPD, and clinical practice, creating a varied platform for you to grow and develop as a Veterinary Surgeon. You will be offered both supportive 1-to-1 and group mentoring sessions, for engagement and interaction, as you develop an invaluable skillset. From surgical/medical experience to enjoying teamwork, providing refined customer service, and gaining business knowledge to support the security of great patient care
Hours: 4 days per week 08.30-18.30
Weekends/OOHs: 1 Saturday in 3. No OOHs
Salary: Starting salary of £32,500
