We are working with a busy hospital practice in Merseyside that is looking to recruit a full-time Night Veterinary Nurse on a permanent basis.
The Practice:
This independent veterinary group is owned by veterinary surgeons who are able to offer a professional, plus referral service both in the local community and nationally. Their dedicated team of vets and nurses are happy to provide a comprehensive and caring service from their local branch practices as well, as their small animal hospital which is at the centre of their referral network.
The practice is able to provide the following services: back up of a large hospital & referral centre, blood sampling service, home visits, nurse clinics and has up to date facilities which include dentistry equipment, X- ray facilities, and ultrasound.
The Role
This is a full-time Night Veterinary Nurse position working 3 x 12 hour shifts per week 21:00-09:00. Ideally covering Monday, Friday, and Saturday or Sunday.
The Candidate
The practice is looking for a nurse with experience in a busy hospital type environment and will be confident working with emergencies.
In return, the practice is offering a salary circa £25,000 (DOE) plus additional benefits.
To qualify for this position, you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
