We are working with a small animal practice based in Sandy, Bedfordshire that is looking to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a part-time permanent basis. This is a Clinical Director role and candidates must have experience in a Senior Role.

The Practice: 

Our client is a well-respected practice with long-standing clients, first established in the 2000's. They are based in semi-rural Bedfordshire, with a broad variety of clients and an ethical approach to treatment. Purpose-built centre with large consult rooms, two theatres, and equipped with an in-house lab, digital x-ray including dental, ultrasound, tonometry. ISFM Gold practice. We have expanded rapidly over the past few years, and now have 15 staff including 6 part-time vets.

The Role and Candidate: 

The role is for a part-time Clinical Director, to work approx. 20 hours per week. This position will include all the responsibilities of the role, that will be shared with the Practice Director. It is expected that this role will be filled by a registered veterinary surgeon with additional clinical work. Rota is to be determined with the existing clinical director but will be as flexible as possible.
