We are working with a practice in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire that is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to start on a part-time permanent basis. Our client is looking for an experienced RVN that will get involved in all areas of nursing including clinics.
The Practice:
This practice offers the latest state-of-the-art equipment, to ensure prompt diagnoses and the most effective treatments. Their surgery has been designed to industry-leading standards and has state of the art equipment including in-house operating theatre and laboratory, digital x-ray, specialist dental equipment and much more. Their highly trained veterinary surgeons and nurses are kept constantly updated on the latest innovations and protocols. They offer a full range of treatments from health checks to emergency operations and they are always committed to providing exceptional veterinary services.
The Role:
This is a permanent role is for a Registered Veterinary Nurse on a part-time basis. The exact working pattern is to be confirmed, however, there are no out of hours. The weekends are on a rota basis with time off in lieu given.
Your duties will include all aspects of nursing and you will great opportunities for nurse clinics whilst dealing with a varied caseload.
The Candidate:
You will be a registered veterinary nurse who enjoys working closely with colleagues whilst stretching your skills and providing excellent patient care. You will be confident with all general nursing duties including the running of nurse clinics and in assisting in surgery.
