We are working with a growing and thriving small animal veterinary practice in Ashton, Lancashire that is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them on a full-time permanent basis. They are looking for an enthusiastic veterinary nurse who is passionate about the provision of high-quality service to patients and clients. This position is to start in June 2020.

The Role and Candidate:

This is a full-time permanent role where you will be working an average of 40 hours per week, which will include a weekend rota of 1 in 4.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse that is passionate about the provision of high-quality service to patients and clients. You will be a key participant in the running of this dynamic and forward-thinking clinic in Ashton supporting the rest of the nursing team.

You will be an RVN that is keen to continually improve your professional knowledge and experience, which is also n excellent communicator, understanding that educating pet owners about their pets’ welfare is just as important as providing high-quality treatment.

The Remuneration Package:

Our client offers a great work/life balance and a chance to work within a professional & up to date clinic alongside a friendly team of Vets, Nurses, VCA’s and Receptionists.

Along with a well-structured rota, you will receive:

  • Salary circa £20,000 per annum (DOE)
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays;
  • RCVS fees covered;
  • £300 CPD allowance/ 3 days;
  • 5% pension contribution (after probation period);
  • Cycle Scheme;
  • Free lunch Fridays.
